🚚 Shipping & Return Policy – Jookids

1. Shipping Within India

At Jookids, we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving them. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Timelines:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 working days from the date of shipping

  • Non-metro areas: 7–10 working days from the date of shipping

Note: During peak seasons, festive periods, or unforeseen delays, shipping timelines may extend. For out-of-stock or made-to-order products, dispatch may take 2 to 6 weeks. We'll keep you updated via email or phone.


2. International Shipping

We ship internationally to most destinations including the USA, Canada, Europe, Singapore, UAE, and other parts of the Middle East.

  • International shipping charges are borne by the customer and calculated based on package weight and location. These will be shown at checkout on www.jookids.in

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility.

  • Please provide accurate shipping details for customs clearance.

  • Due to varying customs processes, exact delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed for international orders.


3. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the sensitive nature of our products and our focus on hygiene and child safety, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is damaged during transit.

Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):

  • Books

  • Baby essentials like rattles, swaddles, softballs, and plush toys

You must report any damages or missing items within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at jookids24@gmail.comΒ Β with your Order ID and clear photos of the issue.

Requests after 24 hours will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged in transit.

Transit Damages:

  • We will arrange a free replacement or issue a store credit in case of shipping damage.

  • Refunds or credits are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • Typical processing time is 5–10 business days after we receive the item.

Repairs:

If the item is repairable, we will repair it free of charge. You only need to cover the two-way shipping cost.


Exceptions:

  • Items damaged due to rough handling, misuse, or reported after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Customers making frequent return requests (more than 3 times a year) may be declined.

  • Reverse pickups are not available outside India; customers must send the product to our warehouse.


3.1 Order Cancellations

To cancel your order, contact us at jookids24@gmail.comΒ Β or call +91-8072075459 within 24 hours of placing the order, or before dispatch.

Cancellation requests received after dispatch may not be honored.

Jookids reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or other valid reasons. In such cases, a full refund will be processed, and you’ll be informed via email or phone.


3.2 Return Eligibility Checklist

To qualify for a return (in eligible cases):

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required

  • The issue must be reported within the time window (e.g., damage in transit)


4. Coupons & Offers

  • Coupon codes are valid only on www.jookids.com

  • Only one coupon can be applied per order

  • Already discounted items are not eligible for extra discounts

  • Some coupons may exclude categories like books or gift cards

  • Always check the expiry date before using a coupon
