Shipping policy

At Jookids, we are committed to delivering your favorite toys quickly, safely, and affordably—whether you're ordering from India or across the globe.

1. 📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. 🚛 Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We offer shipping across India via trusted logistics partners.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
Non-Metro Areas: 5–10 working days

Note: Delivery may be delayed during peak seasons, sales events, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes).

3. 🌍 International Shipping

We ship internationally to many destinations including the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, UAE, Singapore, and other parts of the Middle East and Asia.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.
Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other local fees (if applicable) are not included and must be paid by the customer.
Transit time varies by destination but usually ranges between 7–21 business days.

Important: Customs clearance procedures may cause additional delays. Jookids is not responsible for such delays.

4. 🧾 Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also log in to your account on www.jookids.in to view order updates.

5. 🚫 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept:

We will contact you for an updated address (additional shipping charges may apply).
If we cannot reach you within 7 days, the order will be cancelled. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued minus shipping fees.
