Refund policy

At Jookids, we take great care in ensuring the quality and safety of every product we offer. Since our toys are designed for children and include delicate parts or electronics (RC toys, building blocks, etc.), we follow a strict return and refund policy to maintain hygiene and quality standards.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • The product is incomplete or has missing parts.

To qualify for a return:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags/invoice.

🚫 Non-returnable items include:

  • RC toys that have been used or assembled

  • Opened packaging of building blocks

  • Items bought during sales or promotions (unless damaged)

  • Custom or made-to-order items

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at 📧 jookids24@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your Order ID, photos/videos showing the issue, and a brief description.

  3. Our team will verify and guide you through the return process.

⏳ Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 7 days. We will provide the return address.

Note: We currently do not offer reverse pickup outside India. International customers must ship the item back at their own cost.

3. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • A full refund or store credit will be processed (based on your preference).

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

  • If paid by COD, we will issue a store credit or bank transfer after confirmation.

4. Replacement Policy

If your item is defective or damaged in transit:

  • We will ship a free replacement (subject to availability).

  • If the item is no longer in stock, we’ll offer an alternative product or store credit.

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order:

  • Within 24 hours of placing it

  • Before it has been shipped

Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline return or refund requests if:

  • The item shows signs of use or damage not caused during shipping

  • The return request is made after 24 hours of delivery

  • You have requested frequent returns (more than 3 times/year)
